Thadakam Restaurant – Great Food Great Selfie Place
If you are traveling on the Hosur Krishnagiri highway, it is hard to miss the Thadakam Restaurant. As you walk into the restaurant, you will be mesmerized by a beautiful lake. The lake throws a scenic view and makes it an excellent selfie point, so keep your smartphone handy.

After taking a couple of photographs, we settled down at a table. The dining area is large enough, and I noticed a separate air-conditioned room. Best to get in on a summer noon.
The restaurant’s decent ambiance is perfect for family dining, and the staff is welcoming. Most importantly, the service was quick, and our orders came onto our table without much waiting.

Thadakam restaurant has gained enough popularity already. There are many reviews on the internet published by the customers. They feel that this restaurant is an ideal place for a pitstop, and it is a decent place with good food, friendly staff, a clean washroom, and so on.
One of the reviewers shared his appam and mutton stew experience. Until I read this review, I was unaware that Thadakam restaurant is a non-veg restaurant.

Our breakfast at Hotel Thadakam was value for money in terms of taste and portion-wise. All our orders came quickly, and the food tasted authentic Tamil Nadu style.
We didn’t plan for Hotel Thadakam
We traveled from Bengaluru to Chandrachoodeshwarar Temple in Hosur. We planned to have breakfast and then visit the temple. However, we missed all the restaurants en route and crossed the temple.
Luckily, we found the Thadakam Restaurant on the highway. We saw several vehicles parked outside, and the property was big enough to grab our attention. All of us agreed to try our breakfast here.

Our food experience at Thadakam restaurant was pleasant, and I will recommend it to others.
Several popular restaurants on the highway, such as A2B, are just a few kilometers away.
However, if you are too hungry to travel further, stopping by Thadakam restaurant should save the day.
Alternate options
The Hosur Krishnagiri route has no shortage of good restaurants. There are many, but some are good, and some are not so good. If not Thadakam Restaurant, I would consider A2B, a vegetarian restaurant. And near Krishnagiri, the Sri Saravana Bhavan restaurant is a favorite among many travelers.
